Common questions
Does Moguru keep my photos?
No. Your photo and text are deleted as soon as your cards are made. Only one short sentence per card is kept, and it's deleted with the card.
How many pages can I scan for free?
Three a week. Scans that find no new words don't count. Premium gives unlimited pages for normal personal use.
How do I cancel Premium?
In the Google Play app: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Moguru → Cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the paid period.
I changed phones. How do I keep my progress?
Sign in with Google in Settings on your old phone, then sign in with the same account on the new one.
A meaning or reading looks wrong.
Readings come from the JMdict dictionary; meanings are written for each sentence. Tap the card to edit the meaning, and use Send feedback so we can improve it.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Delete account. Details on the account deletion page.
